Before we read the play Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare, you will need to gain some understanding of time, major concepts of the play, and a general understanding of the playwright before we tackle how to read the complicated language of Shakespeare, This WebQuest will assist you in reaching this goal and assist you in the post reading project and essay assignments. As you listen, view, and read about Shakespeare, The Globe Theater, and actors' views of what the play Much Ado About Nothing is really about, use the WebQuest handout to guide you through the tasks.

Each member of the group needs to complete 6 slides for his or her portion. Once all slides are completed, the group should integrate all slides into one show.

Presentations will be Friday, May 2.

Make certain that your group has worked through all three (3) tasks answering the questions, quick writes and reflections on the WebQuest Handout.

Each of you will turn all that you have learned into at least six (6) slides containing images and your information.

Combine your slides into one cohesive presentation of about twenty (20) slides, six from each person, a title slide and a credits slide where your group members are recognized for their contributions.

Come to class on Friday prepared to present your findings to the group.

Take a breath knowing that you are prepared to conquer the Much Ado About Nothing Unit.

Congratulations !

Let's start your quest! First decide which person in your group will tackle each task.
